Account management and usage information can be found by clicking on your name on the top right corner of the Hexiosec Transfer screen.

Under Account Management, you can reset your password, manage your two factor authentication and log out of all sessions.

If you need to change your payment details, you can do this when logged into Hexiosec Transfer. Just go to 'My Account' via your email address at the top right corner and from there, you can access the Billing Portal. To amend your payment method, click on the edit sign next to the current card in use.
