Scan Reports

what types of reports are available? there are three types of reports available from hexiosec asm, the reports available will depend on your asm tier summary report risks and actions report web presence report after the scan has completed, click on 'reports' on the scan sidebar and then 'generate' for the report when the report has been generated, it will appear in the 'download' window and from here it can be downloaded or deleted for more information on the terminology used, please refer to report terminology https //docs hexiosec com/asm/report terminology summary report the summary report provides an overview of the risks and discovered assets in the form of a pdf name this will default to the name used when the scan was created and shows as the report title you can replace this with your own preferred text executive summary this can be included before the report is generated, and can be up to 3000 characters long this summary appears on the first page of the report, leave the box blank to omit over time date range specify the date range to be included in the report time zone specify the time zone for the dates in the report to be localised to, this will default to your local time if it can be identified send email get an email notification when the report has been generated display logo in the report header the report logo feature is not available to all hexiosec asm licence plans, please contact us if you would like to discuss adding this feature to your hexiosec asm account optionally upload a logo which will be displayed on the report cover the logo will need to be updated by an admin for your organisation files must be in the format png, jpeg, svg, webp, or gif, and must not be larger than 5mb for best results, use a horizontal, rectangular logo and ensure there is no whitespace surrounding the image risks and actions report the risks and actions report feature is not available to all hexiosec asm licence plans, please contact us if you would like to discuss adding this feature to your hexiosec asm account the risks and actions report provides an overview of the latest risks and discovered assets in the form of an excel spreadsheet name this will default to the name used when the scan was created and shows as the report title you can replace this with your own preferred text send email get an email notification when the report has been generated web presence report the web presence report feature is not available to all hexiosec asm licence plans, please contact us if you would like to discuss adding this feature to your hexiosec asm account the web presence report provides a visual view of everything that is exposed online, and shows you what a user would see if they browsed to every url identified on your attack surface the report can be exported into a word document and allows you to easily provide evidence where improvements are needed this could be showing your board how many obsolete pages are still live that need budget allocated for removal, or even providing evidence to the team that owns it, that a subdomain has been taken over similarly to the summary report, an executive summary can be added and a custom logo, depending on license plan
